Where We Are

We have experience in Earned Value Management (EVM) and can contribute great value to your organization by ensuring that cost and schedules are tightly adhered to and OMB-300 mandates are adhered to. The value will be apparent by reporting Cost Percentage Index (CPI) and Schedule Percentage Index (SPI) reports to management as the project progresses. These values are an indicator as to where the project is at with their progress concerning schedule time line and cost factors. The EVMS system is a measure of the progress of a project and also tracks the hours worked and time line adherence, which is reportable to management as deliverable.

Where We're Going

AH-Networks plans on expanding our services to potential customers as opportunities arise. Services will include Local Area Network (LAN) technicians, Networking engineers, and architectural services for both Local Area Network (LAN) and Wide Area Network (WAN) services. Project Management services will also be provided to ensure the customer has a structured implementation for whatever project they identify.
